Inspiring Examiners

Examiners, coming from all works of life, should usually be the best there is, and be honoured by such a title as ‘Masters of Democracy.’ Whatever, the student has managed to absorb, and when you think it right, then you must seek an examiner in the appropriate field. You may be in some blighted inner-city situation. But it is in these same cities that you will find people - as examiners - of extraordinary achievement. They can ‘test’ a young person on the myriad that a child might want to do. These are your persons of knowledge. Now, such as say a retired banker could explain how the stock market works. Get the idea? I would recommend you contact the local university, anyway the best that we can get. The examiner has to make an assessment and that will go credit-wise and as suggested later in this work. After that, you must organize a certificate for the examiner, another for the direct teacher, who could well be a family member.
