Teachers Feel not threatened

In Democracy education, at first contact with the system, then anybody can be a teacher, heaven forbid - on occasion even teachers! However, a classic source of recognized masters would certainly be retired people, and others who may have come by or mastered great some expertise. It would all (now) count. {Personally, when I was a boy, my best and most consistent teacher was the BBC, followed by the Scout Association.}
